  • This website is owned and operated by Made by Alexandria, based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
  • These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the site.
  • By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province, state, or country of residence.

2. Products & Services

  • I offer original artwork, prints, handmade goods, and custom commissions.
  • I do my best to ensure that descriptions, photographs, and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur due to the handmade and artistic nature of my work.
  • I reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.
  • International buyers are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their bank or payment provider.
  • Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (e.g., WooCommerce/WooPayments).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders ship from Canada (or from Canadian print partners) to domestic and international destinations.
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location, carrier, and customs processing. Estimated timelines are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
  • International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of handmade and custom artwork, all sales are final.
  • Prints and products fulfilled by third-party partners may be eligible for replacement if damaged or defective upon arrival. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • Commissioned pieces, custom gifts, and personalized orders are non-refundable once work has begun.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Made by Alexandria unless otherwise stated.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

7. Commissions & Custom Work

  • Commissions require a written agreement (via email or contract) outlining scope, timeline, and pricing.
  • Deposits may be required before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has started.
  • I retain the right to display commissioned works in my portfolio or online unless otherwise agreed.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • While I take care to ensure safe and timely delivery, I am not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of this site or purchase of my products.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
  • Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Alberta, unless otherwise required by applicable international consumer protection laws.
