Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom or made-to-order items (e.g., commissions, personalized gifts) may take longer. Estimated timelines will be provided during the ordering process.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Domestic (Canada): Standard shipping usually takes 3–9 business days.
  • United States: 5–12 business days.
  • International: 2–4 weeks, depending on destination and customs processing.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (when available) once your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
  • I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • While rare, delays can occur. Please contact me if your order is significantly overdue. I will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but cannot guarantee replacements/refunds for items lost in transit once handed over to the carrier.

Local Pickup / Delivery

  • Available in Calgary by request. Please contact me before ordering to arrange.

Refunds & Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges

  • I accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations under the following conditions:
    • Contact me within 7 days of delivery.
    • Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
    • Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

The Following Items Can’t Be Returned or Exchanged

  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Digital downloads.
  • Items on sale.

Conditions of Return

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days with photos. I will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

International Orders

  • Please note that I cannot accept returns for items refused due to unpaid customs fees.
