Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Custom or made-to-order items (e.g., commissions, personalized gifts) may take longer. Estimated timelines will be provided during the ordering process.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
- Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Domestic (Canada): Standard shipping usually takes 3–9 business days.
- United States: 5–12 business days.
- International: 2–4 weeks, depending on destination and customs processing.
Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (when available) once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
- I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- While rare, delays can occur. Please contact me if your order is significantly overdue. I will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but cannot guarantee replacements/refunds for items lost in transit once handed over to the carrier.
Local Pickup / Delivery
- Available in Calgary by request. Please contact me before ordering to arrange.
Refunds & Returns Policy
Returns & Exchanges
- I accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations under the following conditions:
- Contact me within 7 days of delivery.
- Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
- Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
The Following Items Can’t Be Returned or Exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders.
- Digital downloads.
- Items on sale.
Conditions of Return
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days with photos. I will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
International Orders
- Please note that I cannot accept returns for items refused due to unpaid customs fees.
