My work spans traditional and experimental mediums—each a different way to play with color, texture, and story. Below is a curated selection of favorite pieces, organized by medium. Many began as commissions or site-specific projects; if something sparks an idea, I’d love to create a piece just for you.

Acrylics
Bold color, layered texture, and movement. I blend controlled brushwork with fluid techniques to create pieces that feel alive—sometimes pairing a fluid base with detailed subjects for contrast.

Watercolor
Watercolor is how I celebrate light and place. My plein air studies are painted on location—quickly, before shadows shift and ripples change—little love notes to ordinary landscapes and special spots. You’ll also find studio watercolors that explore softer, layered atmospheres.

Quilled Paper
Rolled and shaped paper strips arranged into dimensional designs. Many are gifted as cards (and often framed later); others are mounted in shadow boxes as keepsake art. Each piece is meticulously hand-built and one-of-a-kind.

Encaustic Wax
Vivid, luminous works created by melting beeswax and guiding it across paper with a heated iron or stylus. The colors blend into unique marbled patterns—no two pieces can ever be the same. Perfect as fine-art cards or framed miniatures.

Charcoal
High-contrast drawings that focus on form and emotion—rich darks, soft edges, and expressive mark-making. Ideal for moody portraits, vehicles, or architectural subjects.

Pen & Ink on Found Pages
Illustrations drawn over aged book pages or music sheets. The history in the paper shows through the linework, giving each original a layered story. Due to the unique substrates, these are originals only.

Fiber Art (Wall Tapestries & Sculptural Weavings)
Textile works for the wall: woven, knotted, and layered for tactility and shadow. Alongside tapestries, I create sculptural weavings—like a driftwood sailboat with fiber sails—designed to bring warmth and texture to tall or awkward spaces.

Plaster Art (Sculpted Surfaces)
Relief-style wall pieces created by sculpting plaster on a flat substrate, then finishing with paint or washes. The raised texture catches light for a quiet, architectural presence.

Mixed Media & Collage
Paper, texture, and found materials combined into layered compositions—where torn edges, ink, and paint meet to tell a story.

Murals
Large-scale wall art for residential or commercial spaces, designed to complement architecture, color palettes, and brand tone. Created with durable wall-grade paints.

Chalk & Window Art
Playful and seasonal installations: sidewalk statements, whimsical hopscotch paths, handwritten menus, or festive window displays. Ephemeral by nature—perfect for events and promotions.

Exploding Boxes
Keepsake boxes that unfold to reveal layered panels, pockets, and compartments—customized with photos, notes, and miniature artworks. Part memory capsule, part surprise.

Digital Art
Clean-lined illustrations and map-based designs (like neighborhood or trail circles), tailored to place and memory. Great as framed prints or gifts.
