- Operations & Strategy – Currently serving as an Administrative & Operations Specialist at Katra Construction, I manage bookkeeping, marketing, project support, procurement, and safety program implementation. I also led a successful social media growth strategy and introduced streamlined operational practices.
- Health, Safety & Systems – As an HSE Administrator at CDN Controls Ltd., I supported a rebrand for 750 personnel and $250M in clients, improved risk management systems, and tested enterprise-level software solutions.
- Business Operations & Finance – At Convergent Information Systems Inc., I progressed from Corporate Services Coordinator to Operations Lead, overseeing accounting, purchasing, budgeting, and policy development. I introduced process improvements using agile methodologies and ERP systems like SAP S/4 HANA.
- Innovation & Social Purpose – At Mount Royal University’s Institute for Innovation & Entrepreneurship, I coordinated research projects, led the BouncebackYYC hackathon (engaging 50,000 people and 40 organizations), and conducted innovation assessments for firms like Virtuoso Energy (now Xeno Renewables).
- Project Management & Construction – With Ivanhoé Cambridge, I worked on $700M in shopping mall development projects, identifying $500k in savings through accounting oversight and managing procurement compliance.
This experience is backed by my Bachelor of Business Administration in General Management, with minors in Innovation & Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation & Nonprofit Studies.
